Defoe is actually very good at bringing the ball forward from deep, he's nowhere near just a finisher.
It'd be a no-brainer for us, but unless he's really agitating to leave I can't see them selling him unless it's stupid money. He just about guarantees goals and they have little else.

I think we can all put that story down to the media Bullshit factor of journalist desperate to write something that gets himself read.
There is no way Sullivan would pay £6m for Defoe who would probably demand at least a two year contract at top wages....
